Many individuals find the world of nutrition and health confusing and conflicting. They need help navigating the grocery store, their pantry and/or their kitchen. Each one of my services has been designed with your unique needs in mind and can be customized further to provide you with exactly what you are looking for. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body. We will discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
Private or Group Coaching
Learn the core concepts of bio-individuality and why no one way of eating is best for everyone. Your specific health concerns, daily real-life responsibilities, stress levels and work/family dynamics all effect how well you’re able to integrate new, healthier habits. Together we will develop a customized plan that takes your individual physical, emotional and lifestyle factors into account and fits with the way you live – and ultimately leads you to permanent, positive change. Changing long-held negative behaviors, beliefs and attitudes is challenging. Immerse yourself in this supportive 1:1 or group program for education, inspiration, guidance and accountability.
I’ll come to your kitchen and examine the contents of your pantry and refrigerator. Based on your health & wellness goals, as well as your eating style, I’ll suggest new ingredients and products that will support your health & lifestyle better. I’ll point out any products that are not supporting your health and explain why.
Grocery Store Tour
I’ll meet you at your store of choice and walk the aisles with you. I’ll introduce you to products and foods you may be unfamiliar with. We’ll discuss what’s worth paying more for and where you can save money, what you should buy organic and where conventional is okay. If your store is missing essentials, we’ll discuss my favorite online and local resources.
These workshops include education on how to implement better nutrition and life choices to create a healthier life, produce a more efficient day, and reduced stress. They are a fun and informative forum for the discussion of healthy living. I utilize an interactive approach to facilitate active learning and individual empowerment. This approach allows participants to engage in discussion and interact with other attendees through various exercises and brainstorming. I present on a variety of topics.
